Strategic Plan 2023-2033

Inspired by the mission and vision of the university, and after a comprehensive review of the existing campus community and needs of our stakeholders, the strategic planning process conducted in 2023 led to identification of the following high level goals that guide our development for the ten year period between 2023 and 2033.

Institutional Goal 1	Create and nurture a culture of research and innovation excellence focused on challenges of societal and economic importance

Institutional Goal 3	Ensure that educational excellence is a top priority in all programs
Institutional Goal 4	Maintain a top quality external relations function
Institutional Goal 5	Build a student-centric community and facilities
Institutional Goal 6	Create a university wide commitment to institutional effectiveness which ensures that academic and support functions are implemented as efficiently as possible
